Ali’s journey in politics began in 1996, when she worked with Senator Jesse Helms and Robert Wilkie, who would later serve as Secretary of Veterans Affairs under President Donald Trump. After taking time to focus on her family, Ali returned to the political stage in 2020 to play a pivotal role in the Milwaukee County recount. Her leadership during this critical time demonstrated her commitment to ensuring the integrity of our elections.

In 2021, Ali ran for the school board on a platform that focused on ending the spread of Critical Race Theory and lifting burdensome COVID-19 restrictions in classrooms. Her campaign was a reflection of her deep belief in the importance of education that is rooted in American values and free from divisive ideologies. As a staunch defender of parental rights, Ali has taken on school boards across the country to remove inappropriate educational materials, such as explicit sex manuals and other unsuitable content, from the hands of our children.

She is a founding member of Parents on Patrol and a partner with Moms for America Action, where she works tirelessly to support and protect families across the nation. Her dedication to these causes has seen her become a trusted voice on platforms such as Fox News, Newsmax, and local television, as well as numerous radio programs, including The Mark Belling Show and The Vicki McKenna Show.
